    Two visits a year (quarterly for beachfront and hotels), each ending with a photo report and a list of anything we treated.

Is the plan worth it for an inland villa?
Inland coatings last longer, so we recommend the plan mainly for properties with a lot of metal, rentals where appearance matters, or owners who are off-island. For a small inland home, a paid inspection every two years may honestly be enough.
What if you find serious corrosion during a visit?
It goes in the photo report with a fixed repair quote. Plan clients get 10% off restoration work, and nothing is ever done without your written go-ahead.
